Livello 4

The machining centre INSERT LIVELLO 4 is specially devised to flexibly carry out borings, gluing, dowel and hardware insertion, milling.

Thanks to its working head flexibility, the machine can be adapted to various operating units. The high rigidity structure is made up of a stabilized electro-welded frame to assure precision in any working condition.

The axes run on very thick prismatic slides; the movement of X axis is done with pinion and rack, whereas the movement of Y and Z axes is done with grinded re-circulating ball screws. The machine is equipped with brushless motors and drives, which assure high speed as well as the acceleration, ensuring total precision of positioning.
